Tillsonburg Community Centre/Memorial Arena
Alterations and Additions
Construction of Tillsonburg Community Centre/Memorial
Arena Alterations and Additions was completed as
of December 2003. Unfortunately
due to several complications the deadline for total project completion was
extended to April 15, 2004.
Program: Scope of work includes restructuring of the building
space between Memorial Arena and Colin Campbell Arena to create open concept twin arena.
Scope of work also includes upgrade of overall life safety
systems, building systems, exiting facilities, addition of change rooms,
renovation of public areas, replacement of refrigeration system and
upgrade of Memorial Arena ice pad from non-standard size to NHL size ice
pad.
Schedule: Project is scheduled for
full occupancy by November 28, 2003.
Budget: $5,938,328.00 (as tendered)
