Division 01 is dealing with general aspects of construction starting with pre-construction activities right to the official opening of your project.  Information listed in this section is intended to help you to find consultants, products, technologies, installers and other links to manage the project during the entire process.

A    PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE:

    A1    Pre-Design Project Information Sources:

General project information sources include links to various sources providing information useful during the Pre-Design stage of the project.  During this early stage of the project all clients teams struggle with basic understanding and definition of proposed project size, overall timing and budget.  We internally call them Three Project Legs.  So in order to maintain control of the project all three legs must be developed to same level or your project will "limp" :-).
